If the cellophane or the box are missing, or if the box is damaged beyond how it was when we sent it to you, there might be some small charges.
Regarding perfumes, a small fee applies if it has been used up to 10%. No charges are applicable for almost negligible use, but if more than 10% of the product has been used, the return is unfortunately not eligible.
